Horecons is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with proven experience in animated, immersive, and 3D websites to join our Creative Studio Team.
We are looking for someone who can transform creative briefs into distinctive digital experiences, combining strong user experience design, visual storytelling, motion, and interactive thinking.
Projects may include immersive websites, brand experiences, event activations, interactive installations, and digital journeys that connect physical and online environments.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate practical AI skills in Figma and other design tools, using them to significantly accelerate research, concept development, prototyping, and design delivery while maintaining high standards of creativity and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop UI/UX concepts for animated websites, immersive digital platforms, and interactive brand experiences.
- Translate client briefs and brand objectives into compelling concepts, narratives, and user journeys.
- Build stories that unfold through navigation, scrolling, animation, interaction, and 3D elements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, storyboards, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Define motion and interaction behavior, including transitions, micro-interactions, scroll sequences, and animation timing.
- Integrate typography, imagery, video, sound, motion graphics, and 3D assets into cohesive experiences.
- Design digital touchpoints for event activations, including touchscreens, kiosks, interactive displays, and installations.
- Use AI tools to explore creative directions, automate repetitive tasks, and substantially shorten design turnaround times.
- Collaborate with Graphic, Motion, 3D, Development, and Technical teams to bring concepts to life.
- Balance creative ambition with usability, accessibility, performance, and technical feasibility.
- Prepare clear design systems, assets, interaction specifications, and developer handoffs.
- Review implemented experiences and support projects through testing, refinement, and launch.
Immersive Design & Storytelling Experience
Candidates should demonstrate professional experience in several of the following:
- Animated and interactive websites
- Immersive brand or campaign websites
- Websites incorporating 3D content and real-time interactions
- Scroll-driven storytelling and narrative experiences
- Interactive product presentations
- Experiential microsites and digital launches
- Event activations and interactive installations
- Touchscreen and kiosk interfaces
- Digital experiences connected to physical environments
The candidate should understand how to structure a story, build anticipation, guide attention, and create meaningful interactions throughout a user journey.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX or digital experience design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating animated, immersive, or 3D web experiences.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, composition, hierarchy, and layout.
- Strong understanding of user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive behavior.
- Ability to develop original concepts and explain the thinking behind design decisions.
- Understanding of how motion and 3D can support storytelling and usability.
- Proven ability to work significantly faster through effective use of AI, reusable components, and efficient design workflows.
- Ability to develop and refine multiple creative directions under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to assess AI-generated outputs critically and refine them into polished, original work.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
- Figma, including components, Auto Layout, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
- AI features and plugins within Figma, alongside other AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
- Tools such as Framer, Webflow, ProtoPie, Rive, or equivalent platforms for demonstrating motion and interaction.
- Relevant visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
