Job Title: No Code Builder
Monthly Pay: USD 1,240 - 1,480 per month
Summary:
Useful visual tools and reliable automations help colleagues finish repeated work with fewer manual steps. You turn incoming requests into simple tools and connected workflows, using visual controls with little or no code. An automation carries out agreed steps when something happens, without a person clicking through each step. You support the team's builders by creating smaller solutions and testing changes before others use them. A technology team lead reviews your plans, guides priorities, and helps with work that needs code. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while keeping colleagues informed through written updates. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build useful visual solutions with a no-code app builder such as Glide, which creates tools from screens and settings. Explain when a request needs real code.
• Organize incoming requests in a work management tool such as Trello, which tracks work and progress. Confirm priorities before starting.
• Ask colleagues how they complete the work today. Write the steps, expected results, and points where someone must review an answer.
• Choose a simple approach with an automation tool such as Make, which connects tools and runs steps automatically. Confirm the plan with the team lead.
• Connect the team's existing tools through visual controls. Set clear starting events, actions, and rules for missing or incorrect details.
• Write and improve prompts, the instructions given to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT. Check every AI answer before using or sharing it.
• Test normal examples, missing details, and failed connections. Fix problems and add alerts so a person can respond when something stops.
• Write short guides showing how to use each solution, check its output, and handle common problems without changing shared settings.
• Watch new workflows after release, resolve small faults, and keep a list of their purpose, tools, and owners. Suggest useful improvements.
• Judge quality through dependable runs, checked AI results, clear notes, and prompt fixes. Confirm that each solution matches the agreed request.
Qualifications:
• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows is required; work and personal projects count.
• Ability to build with visual controls and explain clearly when a request goes beyond what those controls support.
• Familiarity with starting events, action steps, conditions, and connections between tools, or readiness to practice these methods.
• Careful testing habits, including checking missing details, repeated runs, and error messages before sharing a new workflow.
• Ability to write clear prompts and review AI answers against the original request rather than accept them without checking.
• Clear written updates that explain completed work, open questions, and the next step for the team lead.
• Respect for private information, careful use of shared access, and willingness to follow the team's testing and release steps.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote work from home setup, with requests and progress kept visible to the team.
• Structured onboarding and guided practice on a no-code app builder such as Glide, an automation tool such as Make, a work management tool such as Trello, and an AI assistant such as ChatGPT.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, feedback, and next steps.
• Clear growth opportunities within the team through broader visual builds and more complex workflow connections.
• Bonus opportunities.
