Job Title: People Operations Coordinator
Monthly Pay: USD 630 - 900 per month
Summary:
You coordinate everyday people tasks with employees and managers, while an HR team lead guides your work. Employee questions, manager requests and shared task lists shape what you organize each day. You arrange welcome activities, maintain employee details and help colleagues follow approved HR steps. Your goal is to give the team clear answers, accurate updates and a reliable view of unfinished tasks. You also coordinate learning activities and help prepare team events using approved plans. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home and stay connected with colleagues. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Organize incoming requests using a HR system such as Rippling, which stores employee details and tracks HR tasks. Agree priorities with the team lead.
• Answer employee and manager questions using the approved handbook and shared guides. Explain the next step in clear, respectful language.
• Coordinate onboarding and exit checklists with managers. Send welcome messages, arrange introductions and follow up on unfinished steps with the people responsible.
• Update employee details when approved changes arrive. Compare each entry with the source message and correct mistakes before sharing an update.
• Arrange meetings using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar, which helps book sessions. Confirm details and send reminders.
• Prepare employee counts and open task summaries for the HR team. Explain missing information rather than guessing what an entry should say.
• Draft employee notices from approved templates for review. Check the wording and intended audience before the HR team sends each message.
• Track open requests through completion and keep colleagues informed. Pass unclear or sensitive questions to the HR team lead with a short summary.
• Help organize training and engagement activities with managers. Keep plans current and share employee information only with people who need it.
• Check quality through accurate updates, polite replies, prompt follow-up and complete trackers. Share repeated questions so the team can improve its guides.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because the work is generally with employees and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No HR experience is required. Administrative, customer service, scheduling or other people-facing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn employee support processes, onboarding steps and the team's approved handbook before answering unfamiliar questions.
• Comfort learning a HR system such as Rippling to update employee details and check task progress.
• Ability to use a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar to arrange sessions and resolve booking clashes.
• Care when checking names, dates and tracker entries, with a habit of asking about unclear information.
• A calm, friendly approach to employee questions and the ability to write clear handover notes for colleagues.
• Respect for employee privacy and readiness to follow approved sharing rules when working with sensitive information.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role where you work from home and coordinate directly with the HR team.
• Structured onboarding and training on a HR system such as Rippling and a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, priorities and feedback on your work.
• Growth opportunities within the team as you build confidence across employee support and coordination tasks.
• Bonus opportunities.
