Monthly Pay: USD 600 - 880 per month
Summary:
You join employees, managers and HR colleagues in daily support work, with an HR team lead guiding your priorities. Employee messages and manager requests feed into a shared list that you organize and track. You arrange welcome sessions, maintain employee details and help colleagues find approved answers. You also support departures, training activities and team events through clear schedules and follow-up. The aim is to keep requests moving and give colleagues accurate information about their next steps. In this fully remote position, you work from home and share progress with the HR team. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review incoming HR requests and organize the task list in a HR system such as Rippling. Confirm priorities with the team lead.
• Answer employee and manager questions using the approved handbook and shared guides. Explain the next step in clear, friendly language.
• Support onboarding and departures by sending welcome messages, arranging introductions and tracking checklist steps. Follow up when tasks remain open.
• Update employee details after receiving changes from employees or managers. Check entries against the request and correct mistakes before closing tasks.
