Job Description
Holiday Home Suites is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist / Front Desk Agent to join our team in Beirut.
The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, good knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), and familiarity with online booking platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Handle daily front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.

Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room availability using hotel PMS software.

Monitor and manage bookings through Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and other online travel agencies (OTAs).

Ensure accurate room rates, availability, and reservation details across booking platforms.

Respond professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements efficiently.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Process guest payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate daily records.

Prepare daily occupancy, reservation, and front desk reports.

Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist or front desk agent.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in hotel PMS software.

Practical experience with Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb management platforms.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
