About the Role
IM CONSULT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeler specializing in Revit MEP to join our engineering team and contribute to building services projects in France.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit MEP for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Produce coordinated MEP layouts, plans, sections and detailed drawings.
- Model HVAC ductwork, piping networks, plumbing systems and associated equipment.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Identify and resolve clashes and technical coordination issues.
- Prepare construction and shop drawings from BIM models.
- Collaborate with engineers and other project stakeholders throughout the design and execution phases.
Requirements
- * Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional experience in BIM modeling using Revit MEP, ideally 3–4 years.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Good understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- French language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Organized, proactive and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
