Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon, contributing to the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design proposals, producing detailed construction drawings, and refining architectural plans in coordination with project leads. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, conducting site visits and measurements, and ensuring design compliance with local codes and standards. The Architectural Designer will also support urban planning considerations, participate in client presentations, and assist in the selection of materials and finishes to align with project requirements.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and translate them into functional spaces.
Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical detailing for accurate documentation and coordination with engineering and construction teams.
Solid Drawing skills, including the ability to produce clear sketches, plans, and visual representations of design ideas.
Understanding of Urban Planning principles and their application to site layout, zoning, and contextual design.
Relevant academic background in Architecture or a closely related field.
Experience with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality, client-oriented design solutions.
