Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Dbayeh branch. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that reflects the brand identity and promotes products, campaigns, and in-store activities. The specialist will manage daily social media operations, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and coordinating with store teams to capture content from events and promotions. The role involves tracking performance metrics, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues to ensure consistent messaging across channels. The specialist will also stay updated on social media trends and recommend new ideas to grow audience reach and engagement.
