La Mie Dorée is looking for a Junior Catering Operations Assistant to join our Central Production Unit in Syoufi.
This is a junior position designed for candidates with 2+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry who are looking to grow their career in catering operations.
You will support the daily coordination of catering orders, dispatches, inventory, and administrative tasks while working closely with our production, stores, drivers, and operations teams.
Key Reponsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily catering orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Perform data entry and maintain operational records, schedules, and reports.
- Support inventory tracking, equipment movement, and stock records.
- Prepare dispatch documents, requisitions, and operational paperwork.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, pastry, stores, drivers, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow up on daily catering activities and assist the team during busy periods and events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience ONLY in restaurants, catering companies, hotels, bakeries, cafés, or central kitchens.
- Previous experience in operations, dispatching, inventory, storekeeping, or administration within the F&B industry.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- TS, BT, or a relevant degree.
Working Schedule:
- 6 days per week
- 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM
