BYND Network is a two time award winning creative and digital marketing agency based in Beirut, building brands across Lebanon, KSA, UAE and Lebanon. We handle social media, content production, performance marketing and creative strategy for leading names like Tamina Beauty (formerly Fattal Beauty), Sanita, OPPO and other.
What you'll do:
- Design social media content for clients
- Build key visuals and campaign concepts from brief to final delivery
- Adapt designs across platforms, formats and markets, in both Arabic and English
- Keep every brand's identity consistent while bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Collaborate with account managers, copywriters and the video team to hit every deadline
- Present your ideas and turn feedback from the creative director and clients into better work
What we are looking for:
- Self motivated. You take ownership of your work, manage your time and don't wait to be pushed
- A real passion for design. You follow trends, platforms and visual culture, and it shows in your work
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in an agency
- A strong portfolio with social media and campaign work
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, color and composition
- Comfortable designing with both Arabic and English typography
- Able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines in a fast paced agency
- Open to feedback and quick to iterate
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI tools for design and content, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini, Higgsfield, OpenAi
- Ability to blend AI generated assets into polished, on brand work
