We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer to take technical ownership of BPRIME’s digital core — an active web application built on Next.js, TypeScript, React, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and Vercel.
In this role, you will lead the ongoing development, architecture, optimization, and technical evolution of the platform. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and architecture through development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Own the platform’s architecture, technical direction, code quality, and scalability.
- Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of new features and enhancements using Next.js, TypeScript, React, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.
- Platform Maintenance: Ensure platform reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application and database performance.
- Data & Integrations: Manage database operations, external integrations, and automation of daily business processes.
- Product Collaboration: Work with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver product improvements.
- Team & AI Enablement: Mentor developers where applicable and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Vercel.
- Leadership & Ownership: Proven ability to lead technical projects, make architectural decisions, and ensure code quality and scalability.
- Full-Stack Development: Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing production web applications, APIs, and database systems.
- Data & Automation: Knowledge of SQL, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- AI-Assisted Development: Experience using tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency.
- Startup Mindset: Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
