Role Description
The Psychologist will work fully remote (100% Remote) under a flexible "Service Agreement", to provide individual consultations and psychological support that embodies the values of the "Bewoduh" platform, which is represented in providing care based on scientific evidence and free of judgment. Daily tasks include conducting systematic psychological assessments, designing and delivering proven counseling and therapeutic interventions, and documenting sessions and treatment plans clearly and according to the highest ethical standards. The role also includes integrating the platform's interactive tools (such as the vocal stress scale and personality style tests) as a scientific and practical input to enrich sessions, and continuous collaboration with the clinical supervision team to ensure a consistent, high-quality level of support is provided. The specialist will maintain professional boundaries, fully adhere to the platform’s confidentiality and privacy protocols, and ensure beneficiaries are referred to specialized medical services when necessary.
