The Role
We are looking for a Food Safety Manager to oversee food safety and quality programs across our operations in Saida. You will develop, implement and maintain food safety policies and procedures, monitor hygiene practices, carry out internal audits and inspections, review records and documentation, and ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety or quality assurance
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Work Location and Schedule
- Location: Saida, Lebanon (on-site)
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
