The Role
We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented Producer to oversee video production workflows, manage post-production teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, excellent project management abilities, and the flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
What You’ll Do
•⁠ ⁠Plan and manage all phases of post-production, including scheduling and coordination with talent and editors.
•⁠ ⁠Oversee post-production processes, including quality control, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final content delivery across platforms.
•⁠ ⁠Manage video editors and ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth production workflows.
•⁠ ⁠Adapt to changing production priorities and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Proven professional experience in video production, editing, or production management.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
•⁠ ⁠Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•⁠ ⁠Flexibility to cover different shifts when other producers are on vacation or unavailable.
•⁠ ⁠Availability to work on public holidays, including Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and other major holidays.
Working Schedule & Availability
Candidates must be available for the following shifts:
Midweek – 2 days per week
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET
Approximately 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Beirut time (next day)
Weekends
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET
Approximately 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Beirut time (next day), subject to daylight saving time differences.
Additional Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Weekend availability is mandatory.
•⁠ ⁠Working on major public holidays is required.
•⁠ ⁠Flexibility to cover alternative shifts during other producers' vacations or absences is essential.
