Job Purpose
Guardia Systems is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant (Financials) to deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, configurations, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and document Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) payables, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) receivables processes.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax.
- Set up the enterprise structure, chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, and accounting rules (Subledger Accounting).
- Prepare functional design documents and functional specifications for reports, integrations, and extensions.
- Prepare FBDI templates and manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation of financial data and opening balances.
- Execute unit testing and system integration testing, support UAT, and track and resolve defects.
- Coordinate with SCM and technical consultants on cross-module integration points, such as procurement-to-payables and subledger accounting.
- Prepare user guides and training materials, and deliver end-user training.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation hypercare support, and raise Oracle Support Requests when required.
- Review Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and assess their impact on configured Financials processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle EBS Financials implementation or support; strong accounting or finance operations background is also considered.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
- Full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience is an advantage.
- Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Specialist certification is an advantage; CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, FBDI, and OTBI or BI Publisher reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Good communication, client-facing, and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to grow within an ERP consulting environment.
Languages and Additional Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
- Lebanese nationality is required.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Lebanon and the region.
