We’re Hiring: Procurement specialist
Beesline is looking for a Procurement specialist to support our sourcing operations and ensure materials, services, and supplies are procured efficiently and cost-effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers: sourcing, evaluation, and performance follow-up
- Assist in negotiating contracts and securing competitive terms
- Analyze purchase requests, issue purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Help manage supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records
- Prepare reports on spend analysis, supplier performance, and savings
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth procurement operations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
