Job Title: AI Workflow Developer
Monthly Pay: USD 1,210 - 1,460 per month
Summary:
Reliable AI workflows help the team finish repeated work with fewer manual steps and clearer checks. You turn incoming build requests into connected workflows, adding code where needed. An automation runs agreed steps after a trigger, without a person clicking through them. You use AI tools and check every answer or result before anyone uses or shares it. A technology team lead guides your choices and reviews changes before release. You will work from home in this fully remote position. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build workflows that run without repeated clicks, using an automation tool such as Zapier to connect tools and actions.
• Organize incoming requests in a work management tool such as Asana, which tracks work, priorities and progress. Confirm unclear needs.
• Ask colleagues how they handle the work today. Write the steps, expected results and exceptions before choosing a simple approach.
• Write and improve prompts, the instructions given to an AI assistant such as Claude, which generates responses. Check every result.
• Write, test and fix code for workflow steps that need it. Keep saved versions in a code storage tool such as GitHub.
• Test complete workflows with sample inputs, missing details and failed connections. Trace faults and explain each fix in plain notes.
• Add checks and alerts for stopped workflows or doubtful AI results. Define when the workflow must pause for human review.
• Share each finished workflow with a short guide covering its purpose, connected tools, owner and steps for handling common problems.
• Watch new workflows after release, resolve reported problems and update the guide. Suggest further changes based on the team's feedback.
• Judge quality through repeatable results, tested code, useful alerts and clear notes. Confirm the workflow matches the agreed need before release.
Qualifications:
• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows is required; work and personal projects count.
• Ability to turn a written request into clear workflow steps, including expected inputs, outputs and possible failures.
• Familiarity with connected tools and automated actions, with a willingness to understand unfamiliar settings before changing them.
• Ability to read and write simple Python code, test changes and keep saved versions that others can review.
• Careful testing habits, including checking every AI answer against the request before using it in a workflow.
• Clear written updates that explain progress, open questions and fixes so teammates know what to review or try next.
• Respect for private information, including using approved access and avoiding sensitive details in prompts, examples and shared notes.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role where you work from home while building useful workflows with the team's support.
• Structured onboarding and training on an automation tool such as Zapier and an AI assistant such as Claude.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to discuss questions, review changes and agree on the next priorities.
• Growth opportunities within the team through broader workflow work, shared reviews and practice with more complex connections.
• Bonus opportunities.
