Job Title: AI Integration Specialist
Monthly Pay: USD 1,200 - 1,430 per month
Summary:
Reliable connections between AI and team tools reduce repeated typing and help colleagues use checked results. You turn requests from teammates into small integrations, which move details between tools without entering them twice. You build connected workflows and use AI to support agreed steps, checking every result before use or sharing. An automation runs those steps when an event happens, without a person clicking each action. A technology team lead helps you choose practical solutions and reviews your testing before release. Your position is fully remote, and you work from home while staying connected through written progress notes. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Connect AI steps with existing team tools so details move correctly without repeated typing. Agree the expected result before building.
• Review incoming requests in a work management tool such as Trello, which organizes work. Confirm priorities and report missing details.
• Ask colleagues how they complete the current process. Write its steps, required information, handoffs and points needing human review.
• Choose a simple approach using an automation tool such as n8n, which connects tools and runs agreed actions automatically.
• Build connections to a CRM such as HubSpot, a system that stores customer and lead details. Match fields between systems.
• Use an AI assistant such as Claude, which generates responses from instructions. Write clear prompts and check every generated result.
• Test each connection with sample inputs, missing details and failed responses. Fix incorrect transfers before the team uses the workflow.
• Add checks and alerts for stopped connections or doubtful answers. Explain who should review the issue and restart the process.
• Write short usage guides and keep a workflow list showing purpose, tools and owner. Monitor new connections and resolve faults.
• Judge quality through dependable connections, accurate transfers, checked AI results and clear notes. Share improvement ideas with the team lead.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows is required; work and personal projects count.
• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• Ability to map how information moves between tools and explain which fields must match before a connection can work.
• Familiarity with visual automation steps, conditions and alerts, plus a willingness to explore unfamiliar tool settings with guidance.
• Ability to write clear AI instructions, compare results against the request and flag answers that need human judgment.
• Careful testing habits, including checking missing information, repeated inputs and interrupted connections before sharing a finished workflow.
• Clear written updates that explain progress, open questions and fixes in words that colleagues can follow without technical help.
• Respect for private information, careful access choices and a habit of asking before changing shared settings or existing workflows.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role with work from home and clearly defined outputs to guide your progress.
• Structured onboarding covers a work management tool such as Trello, an automation tool such as n8n, an AI assistant such as Claude, and a CRM such as HubSpot.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead help you review work, ask questions and discuss difficult connections.
• Explore growth opportunities within the team as you strengthen testing, integration and workflow writing skills.
• Bonus opportunities.
