Job Title: Low Code Developer
Monthly Pay: USD 1,230 - 1,440 per month
Summary:
Working tools and reliable automations help colleagues finish routine work with fewer manual steps. You turn requests from the team's work list into small apps and connected workflows. Visual builders handle most steps, while you write code when a request needs more control. A technology team lead helps you choose practical solutions and checks your progress. You test changes and explain how the finished tools work. The position is fully remote, with work from home supported by clear team updates. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review incoming requests in a work management tool such as Trello, which tracks requests and progress. Confirm priorities and expected outcomes before building.
• Ask colleagues how they complete the work today. Map the steps, needed information and points where a person must review the result.
• Build visual apps with a no-code app builder such as Bubble. Connect steps through an automation tool such as Make, so agreed actions run without clicking.
• Write prompts, meaning instructions, for an AI assistant such as ChatGPT. Check every AI answer or result before using or sharing it.
• Write, test and fix code when visual settings cannot meet the need. Save versions using a code storage tool such as Bitbucket, which keeps changes.
• Test screens, forms and connected steps with normal and failed cases. Check that information reaches the right place, then fix faults before release.
• Add checks and alerts when workflows stop or return uncertain results. Explain which problems need a person and how to restart safely.
• Write short guides covering each tool's purpose, steps and limits. Show colleagues how to use it and where to report a problem.
• Watch new workflows after release and make small fixes. Keep a list of owners and connections, and suggest useful improvements to the team.
• Meet quality checks through dependable workflows, readable code, tested changes and clear notes. Share progress and unresolved problems with the technology team lead.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows is required; work and personal projects count.
• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• Ability to build with visual tools and little code. Recognize when a request needs custom code instead of another visual step.
• Basic JavaScript skills for writing small changes, reading errors and testing fixes without changing unrelated parts.
• Familiarity with connected workflows, forms and stored information. Understand how one change can affect later steps.
• Careful testing habits, including checking AI outputs against the original request before anyone relies on them.
• Ability to write clear progress updates and practical guides. Ask focused questions when requests leave important details unclear.
• Respect for private information and access limits. Willingness to practice unfamiliar tools and follow the team's review process.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote work setting where you work from home and stay connected through shared updates.
• Structured onboarding and guided practice with the named tools, including safe testing before release.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review progress, questions and feedback.
• Explore growth opportunities within the team through broader build work as your skills develop.
• Bonus opportunities.
