Job Title: Automation Builder
Monthly Pay: USD 1,260 - 1,500 per month
Summary:
Reliable automations reduce repeated manual work and help the team move requests forward with fewer mistakes. You turn requests from colleagues into connected steps that run without someone clicking each action. An automation follows agreed rules to start work when something changes in another tool. You build these flows, test difficult cases, and explain how people can use them. A technology team lead guides your choices and reviews work before the team starts using it. This is a fully remote position where you work from home and share progress through clear updates. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build automations that run without manual clicks using an automation tool such as n8n, which connects tools through agreed steps.
• Review incoming requests in a work management tool such as ClickUp, which keeps requests, priorities, and progress together.
• Ask colleagues how they complete work today. Write the steps, expected results, and points that need a person's judgment.
• Choose a simple design with the technology team lead. Connect the tools already used and explain what starts each flow.
• Write and improve prompts, the instructions given to an AI assistant such as Gemini. Check every answer before use.
• Test normal cases, missing details, repeated requests, and failed connections. Fix problems before sharing the automation with the team.
• Add alerts and checks for stopped workflows or doubtful answers. Explain when a person must review or restart the work.
• Write short guides showing how each automation works, who owns it, and how to handle common problems safely.
• Watch new workflows after release, respond to reported problems, and keep a clear list of changes and useful improvements.
• Meet quality standards through reliable runs, accurate results, clear notes, and quick fixes. Share test results for review.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows is required; work and personal projects count.
• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• Ability to map a process into clear starting points, actions, checks, and outcomes before building a connected workflow.
• Practical understanding of conditions, repeated steps, and failed connections. You can explain these ideas using simple examples.
• Familiarity with an automation tool such as n8n, or readiness to develop your existing workflow skills with guidance.
• Careful testing habits, including checking AI answers against the original request and stopping uncertain results from moving forward.
• Clear written updates that explain progress, describe a problem, and tell the team what help or decision you need.
• Respect for private information, careful access choices, and a habit of keeping useful setup notes current after changes.
