Senior MEP Project Engineer
üìç Beirut, Lebanon | üèóÔ∏è Full-time, on-site ‚Äî this is NOT a remote position
We are hiring a senior MEP professional to take complete ownership of MEP across our projects — design, tendering, and site execution.
‚úÖ You will price and win MEP tenders, produce and review designs, and run day-to-day MEP operations with a team reporting to you.
What You'll Do
- Personally price and submit full-scope MEP tenders (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Produce MEP designs and shop drawings, and review consultants' and subcontractors' designs
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and control MEP budgets from award to handover
- Run day-to-day MEP site operations — crews, foremen, and subcontractors
- Lead and develop the MEP team (site engineers and foremen report to you)
- Coordinate MEP works with the civil and architectural departments

Manage client and consultant communication on all MEP matters

Requirements

Mechanical Engineering degree, with solid hands-on electrical experience
- 10–12 years of experience in CONTRACTING companies — not manufacturing, not consulting, not sales. Your career must be on construction sites and tenders, contractor side.
- Proven hands-on tendering: you have personally priced and submitted full MEP tenders
- Able to flawlessly produce MEP designs and shop drawings
- Strong site execution background — running crews and subcontractors daily
- Strong coordination skills with civil and architectural teams
- Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is part of this job — you must be comfortable working with them.
- Lebanese market knowledge: suppliers, subcontractors, pricing norms
- Experience leading engineers and foremen
- AutoCAD and Revit (both mandatory)
