Monthly Pay: USD 900 - 1,190 per month
Summary:
You join employees, managers and HR colleagues in daily support work, with an HR team lead guiding you. Employee messages and manager requests feed a shared list of questions, changes and tasks. You answer routine questions, support onboarding and keep the company's employee information current. You also help with hiring, training arrangements and activities that bring colleagues together. The goal is clear support, accurate updates and steady progress on each request. The role is fully remote, and you work from home using shared tools to coordinate with colleagues. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review incoming HR requests and organize the task list using a HR system such as Rippling. Confirm priorities with the team.

• Prepare employee lists, open task counts and short progress reports. Keep shared trackers current until each request is closed.
• Draft announcements from approved notes and help arrange training materials. Send drafts to the HR team for review before sharing.
• Help organize engagement activities and gather employee feedback through a survey tool such as Typeform. Summarize useful suggestions for the team.
