Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
• Convert leads into active clients
• Explain Forex/CFD services and support client onboarding
• Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets
• Update client information and follow-ups in the CRM
Requirements‚úÖ Minimum 2 years of Forex / Financial Markets experience
‚úÖ Telecalling experience is mandatory
‚úÖ Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory
‚úÖ Proven ability to generate, follow up and convert leads
‚úÖ Good knowledge of Forex, CFDs and online trading
‚úÖ Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
‚úÖ Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
‚úÖ Forex brokerage or financial services experience preferred
