Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Beirut. The Technician will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on vehicles, following manufacturer specifications and internal quality standards. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles, identifying mechanical or electrical issues, replacing or repairing parts, and verifying that all work meets safety and performance requirements. The role involves using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and specialized machinery, as well as maintaining accurate service records and documentation. The Technician will collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure timely completion of work and a positive experience for customers.
Qualifications
* Strong technical skills in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, including mechanical and basic electrical systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and repair instructions.
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and safety procedures.
* Attention to detail in inspecting vehicles, documenting findings, and completing service reports.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a workshop environment.
* Relevant technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in automotive technology or a related field.
* Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is highly beneficial.
* Willingness to follow established processes, adhere to safety standards, and engage in ongoing training.
