We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking, UI design skills, and a good understanding of digital products, while being able to translate business and user requirements into clear, functional, and high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, user needs, and project objectives.
- Conduct user and competitor research when required.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design modern, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable patterns.
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Ensure consistency across platforms, screens, and digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, account managers, and other designers.
- Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Collect, understand, and implement feedback while maintaining design quality.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure accurate design execution.
- Review developed interfaces and identify UI/UX inconsistencies or issues.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX, digital product, accessibility, and design trends.
- Contribute to improving the team's design processes, methodologies, and standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, grids, and color.
- Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into development is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI tools.
