We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will guide clients through solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires a strong multitasker with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Deliver updates to over 100 clients daily via messaging platforms.
Facilitate onboarding for new clients, providing clear instructions and support.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Proactively follow up with clients to address pending tasks or outstanding issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement improvements.
Organize and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously without compromising quality.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system and record notes from scheduled meetings.
Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year remote experience in a high-volume customer service role.
Familiarity with recruitment and HR processes is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily with efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Patience and resilience in managing difficult client interactions.
