Responsibilities
- * Handle due diligence with vendors and customers
- Deal with all Compliance forms including Fatca
- Participate in the ISO vendors requests and internal reporting and audits
- Fill KYC information and supporting documents
- Minutes of meetings – transfer of shares
- Fill forms of companies on different portal banks
- Handle finance (MOF request), Chamber of Commerce and Trademark
- Review contracts including NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Distribution Agreement
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Legal and Compliance field
- Computer skills: Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic
- Presentation skills
