The restaurant is currently hiring for the positions of Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. - Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

- Monitor ingredient availability and assist with inventory management.
- Support the training and development of kitchen team members.

Requirements
- * Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen management role is required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.

- Monitor ingredients and report stock requirements to the kitchen supervisor.
