Role DescriptionThe Supply Chain Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, purchasing, and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics for beauty and salon product lines. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels across locations, overseeing stock control and branch-to-branch inventory transfers, tracking shipments, updating system records, and ensuring timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock. The role involves working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal branch teams to resolve delivery issues, optimize warehouse and branch inventory operations, and maintain accurate documentation. The Supply Chain Specialist will also analyze data to improve efficiency, support cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (experience in trading, retail, or beauty products distribution is an advantage).
* Supply Chain & Operations Management: Strong skills in managing and coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations.
* Inventory & Stock Control: Solid inventory management skills, including forecasting, stock control between branches, inter-branch transfer planning, and replenishment.
* Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across internal branch teams, logistics partners, and suppliers.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify inventory trends, and recommend process improvements.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems and MS Excel.
* Location & Execution:* Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities across locations, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
