Role Description This contract Sales Consultant role is based in Zouk Mikael with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Consultant will identify and engage prospective clients, present insurance products, and provide tailored consulting based on individual customer needs. Daily tasks include conducting needs assessments, preparing and delivering proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM systems. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service, clear communication, and coordination with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and claims support. The Sales Consultant will contribute to meeting sales targets and supporting business growth in the local market.
Qualifications
- * Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities to build trust, retain clients, and respond effectively to inquiries and concerns.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and professionally.
- Proven experience in insurance or financial services sales, preferably within regional or multi-branch organizations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Knowledge of general insurance products and market practices in Lebanon and the wider Middle East is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
