Online Picker & Retail Sales Representative

We're looking for an Online Picker & Retail Sales Representative to join our Baalbek branch and help deliver a fast and friendly shopping experience both online and in-store.

We're looking for someone who:
Responsibilities
Online Order Preparation* Pick the correct products for online orders
* Check the quantity, condition, and expiry dates of products when needed
* Pack orders carefully and prepare them for delivery or pickup
* Report products that are out of stock and help with approved replacements
* Keep the order preparation area clean and organized
Retail Sales & Customer Service
* Welcome customers and help them find what they need
* Answer questions about products, prices, and promotions
* Recommend products when appropriate
* Refill shelves and keep products neat and organized
* Check that prices and labels are correct
* Report products that are out of stock
* Help customers with basic problems and speak to a supervisor when needed
* Follow store rules for safety, stock, and cash handling
