Role Description The Architectural Intern will support project teams in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and documentation for a range of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with design development, preparing CAD and BIM models, producing plans and presentations, and contributing to integration and coordination with engineering disciplines. The intern will participate in team meetings, help refine solutions based on feedback, and perform research on materials, codes, and standards. This is a full-time role. It is a hybrid position based in Kaslik, with the expectation of regular on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility depending on project needs.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design drawings.
* Candidates should possess skills in Solution Architecture and Integration, supporting the coordination of architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
* Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate with team members, and respond constructively to feedback.
* Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards is beneficial.
* Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment are advantageous.
