Scope Of Work
Deliverables
- * To deliver 30 to 40 edited high-resolution photos documenting PepsiCo activities, interactions and positive impact on children and families.
- A selection including contextual, activity, candid, portrait, group, interactions, detail shots that collectively tell a coherent visual story.
- Photos to demonstrate participation, engagement, positive experience and outcomes, i.e. sessions, medical counselling, etc.
- The objective is to develop a coherent visual narrative through photography that documents the project’s activities, interactions, and impact on children and families, while creating a diverse and high-quality photo library that PepsiCo and IRC can use for media, communications, reporting, advocacy, donor visibility, publications, and other relevant materials.
- The photographer will edit the photos, submit drafts and final versions to the IRC, along with all photos captured during the visit (unedited). The IRC reserves the unrestricted right to use the material for its own and third parties’ channels (including but not limited to media, social media, websites, and print) and may also offer the produced content free of charge to media outlets.
- Meet with the IRC Health team and Communication Team for a brief on the project, planning, and the expected output.
- Potential photos including IRC staff may be included.
- The photos should capture the participants in-action and reflect the impact of the project. The photographer can purchase an external hard drive with the needed capacity to copy the material on and handover to IRC.
Fees And Expenses
- * The service provider’s fees will cover transportation and food as well.
