Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Zahle in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with engineers and other consultants, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role involves attending client and site meetings, translating client needs into practical design solutions, and supporting project management activities such as scheduling, quality control, and coordination with contractors. The Architect will also collaborate with internal team members to refine design concepts, review technical details, and maintain consistent design standards across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed plans for a variety of project types.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with relevant professional experience in architectural practice.
- Ability to work on-site in Zahle, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to sustainable and high-quality design.
