Key Responsibilities
- * Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure (roads, bridges, water systems, drainage, buildings foundations, etc.).
- Perform structural and hydraulic calculations and develop engineering drawings/specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans and codes.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Support tendering/bidding by preparing quantities and engineering scope inputs.
Required Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license (preferred/required depending on location).
- Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD, SAP2000, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, surveying basics, and structural/hydraulic principles.

Department: Interior Design & Engineering / Building Systems
Reports To: Interior Project Manager / Engineering Lead
Key Responsibilities
- * Engineer and design interior building systems that integrate with architecture and fit-out (e.g., lighting layouts, HVAC diffuser placement, acoustic systems, partition framing coordination, plumbing/electrical coordination as applicable).
- Coordinate interior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) routing and internal building services within interior spaces.
- Review interior design drawings to ensure buildability, code compliance, and correct system clearances.
- Develop detailed interior technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for contractors.
- Perform calculations/checks for load considerations, ventilation distribution, lighting coverage, and other interior-system requirements (as relevant).
- Support procurement by preparing technical scopes, BOQs inputs, and material submittals.
- Visit sites to verify installation quality and adherence to approved drawings.
Required Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (commonly Mechanical/Civil/Building Services or equivalent) and/or demonstrated interior build-systems experience.
- Experience with interior fit-out coordination and drawing review.
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.

Key Responsibilities
- * Create architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
- Produce design drawings, sketches, layouts, and construction-ready documents.
- Develop design concepts that meet client needs, functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, zoning requirements, and relevant standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with civil engineers, interior engineers, structural engineers, and MEP engineers.
- Prepare material selections, finishes, and specifications.
- Support contractor meetings by reviewing shop drawings and responding to design clarifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
Required Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
- Professional licensing/registration (as required by the country/state).
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
