Role Description The Insurance Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lebanon. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, handling policy inquiries, and supporting clients with renewals, endorsements, and claims-related coordination. The role involves preparing quotations, reviewing coverage options, and collaborating with insurance providers to secure appropriate solutions for clients. The representative will maintain regular communication with clients, address service issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining accurate account records, supporting training initiatives for clients or internal teams, and contributing to a positive, compliant, and customer-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management skills, including handling client portfolios, renewals, and policy administration.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, colleagues, and insurance providers.
- Sales skills to identify client needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and support business growth.
- Ability to deliver or support Training activities related to insurance products, internal procedures, or client onboarding.
- Knowledge of general insurance products and risk solutions; prior experience in brokerage or insurance is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software and digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to regional regulatory and market practices.
