We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate or junior-level candidate who enjoys working with people, communicating with potential clients and achieving results.
Your Role
• Communicate with potential clients and follow up on incoming leads
• Help convert interested leads into booked appointments and clients
• Manage appointments and client follow-ups
• Welcome clients and support them throughout their IQS journey
• After full training, learn to use the IQS specialized machine and personally administer the simple, non-invasive process to clients
• Assist with daily office organization and operations
• Coordinate when needed with our marketing team
• Contribute to monthly client and business targets
Who We’re Looking For
• Fresh graduate or junior-level candidate
• Background in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with leads and working toward conversion targets
• Comfortable working directly one-to-one with clients
• Willing to learn and use a specialized device after full training
• Proactive, organized and responsible
• Good command of Arabic and English; French is a plus
• Able to commute easily to Sodeco, Beirut
This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, likes sales and communication, and wants to gain practical experience in client relations and business operations.
