Role Summary
Al Massoud Group is seeking customer-oriented professionals to fill multiple operational and frontline roles across our branches in Mtayleb, Ghazir, and Zouk, as well as our call center operations.
Position Specifications
- Call Center Operators
- Handle incoming phone inquiries and orders with speed and accuracy.
- Address customer feedback and provide accurate menu and order information.
- Requires clear communication skills and proficiency with call handling software/systems.
- Waiters (Mtayleb Branch)
- Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure timely table service.
- Maintain floor cleanliness and collaborate closely with kitchen and supervisory staff.
- Requires active physical stamina, guest service orientation, and team spirit.
- Cashiers (Ghazir & Zouk Branches)
- Execute daily POS transactions, invoice generation, and cash/card reconciliation.
- Deliver polite, efficient service to pickup and dine-in customers at checkout.
- Requires basic numerical accuracy, trust, and cashiering experience.
