About The RoleYou will help the agency use AI tools well, in creative production and in everyday work. You will produce AI-generated images, video and audio for campaigns and pitches, set up AI-supported ways of working for the different teams, and train colleagues to use the tools properly. AI here supports the team’s skills; it does not replace them.
What You Will DoCreative production* Produce AI-generated images, video, voice and music for concepts, mood boards, pitches and campaigns * Work with the designers, the motion team and the 3D team to bring AI output to final quality * Keep AI content consistent with each client’s brand
Ways of working* Set up AI-supported workflows for research, writing, reporting, presentations and translation * Build prompt libraries, templates and custom assistants for the teams * Automate repetitive tasks where it saves time
Training and support* Train team members on the tools and answer their day-to-day questions * Write short guides on how to use each tool
Tools and rules* Test new AI tools and recommend which ones the agency should use * Manage tool accounts and subscriptions * Set rules for using AI responsibly: client confidentiality, copyright, usage rights and checking facts
Clients and new business* Support pitches and proposals with AI-made visuals and demos * Help develop AI-based ideas and services for clients
