Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and transform client briefs into engaging experiences.
- Lead and manage a team of 3D designers.
- Work hands-on with the design team to develop concepts, visualizations, and creative presentations.
- Oversee the creative process from initial idea to final design proposal.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Production teams.
- Ensure creative solutions are innovative, practical, and aligned with budgets.
- Establish creative standards and support the development of the design team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative direction, event design, experiential design, or a related field.
- Strong background in events, exhibitions, brand activations, or spatial design.
- Proven experience in concept development and creative team management.
- Strong 3D design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual work.
