Role Description This is a full-time, office Architect role based in Adonis. The Architect will plan, design, and document architectural solutions, working closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and translate them into detailed technical and design specifications. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, creating drawings and models, reviewing engineering inputs, and ensuring that designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards. The Architect will coordinate project activities, manage timelines and deliverables, support integration with related systems or software, and participate in design reviews and client meetings. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop clear concepts, plans, and technical drawings.
- Experience with Integration and Software Development as they relate to architectural solutions, systems, or technical environments.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and aligning deliverables with project goals.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations, and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Ability to use architectural design and modeling tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software) and interpret engineering documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Adonis, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving technical and project requirements.
