WE’RE HIRING: DM & APPOINTMENT SETTER
Velocity Health Inc. is looking for an experienced DM & Appointment Setter to join our remote team.
The role involves managing inbound and outbound Instagram conversations, qualifying prospective clients, following up with leads, and booking qualified Discovery Calls.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Lebanese Arabic, French & English
• Previous experience in DM setting / appointment setting
• Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Comfortable managing pipelines, opportunities, tags, lead statuses, notes, follow-ups, calendars, and basic workflows
• Strong lead qualification and follow-up skills
• Able to qualify prospects naturally, including readiness, commitment, and financial eligibility
• Comfortable communicating with prospects across different markets and cultures
• Organized, proactive, and able to accurately maintain CRM records
• Professional and empathetic communication style
• Experience in health, wellness, coaching, or high-ticket services is a plus
Key responsibilities:
Manage DMs → qualify leads → follow up → book Discovery Calls → update GHL → track lead outcomes and appointment KPIs.
