Double Marks is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Structural for a major data center project in Riyadh.
We are looking for a highly hands-on construction engineer with strong experience executing major reinforced-concrete structures, capable of leading day-to-day structural works from drawings through successful execution on site.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of structural works on site. * Plan and coordinate reinforcement, formwork/falsework, concrete works, walls, columns, slabs and structural foundations*. * Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, BBS, specifications and method statements before execution. * Plan construction sequences, work fronts, manpower, materials and equipment requirements. * Coordinate and supervise foremen, subcontractors and site workforce. * Monitor daily productivity and ensure planned production targets are achieved. * Coordinate reinforcement detailing, laps/couplers, construction joints, embeds, sleeves, openings and anchor bolts. * Plan and supervise major concrete pours, including manpower, equipment, access, sequencing and contingency arrangements. * Identify constructability and technical issues before they affect site progress. * Coordinate closely with Survey, QA/QC, HSE, Planning and Technical teams. * Ensure works are completed correctly and ready for inspection. * Support short-term planning and recovery measures where required.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. * Minimum 8 years of contractor-side construction experience. * Strong recent experience delivering major reinforced-concrete structures. * Excellent practical knowledge of reinforcement, BBS, formwork/falsework and concrete construction. * Experience with large rafts, heavily reinforced foundations, structural walls, columns and slabs strongly preferred. * Strong ability to read and coordinate IFC/shop drawings. * Strong understanding of construction sequencing, manpower planning and productivity. * Saudi Arabia/GCC experience preferred. * Data center experience is an advantage, but not required. * Good English communication skills. * Transferable Iqama and immediate/short-notice availability preferred. * Please apply with your CV and include your current location, availability/notice period, Iqama status and expected monthly salary*.
