Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Amman, Jordan. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to negotiations and closing deals. Responsibilities also include presenting our technology solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical teams, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications 2–6 years of experience* in sales, preferably in B2B sales or technology solutions. * Proven ability to develop new business, manage client accounts, and achieve sales targets. * Experience selling technology solutions such as ERP, POS, inventory management, or related products is an advantage. * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical business solutions. * Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is required for effective communication in the local market. * A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. * Knowledge of the Jordanian market is an advantage.
