Senior QA EngineerWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in functional testing and test automation, particularly in using AI to automate the functional testing of web applications.
The ideal candidate combines strong QA fundamentals with the ability to build intelligent, AI Assisted, maintainable, and scalable automated testing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement functional test strategies for complex web applications
- Develop and maintain automated functional testing frameworks
- Leverage AI-based tools and techniques to automate application testing and improve test coverage
- Automate regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Identify, document, and track defects through their complete lifecycle
- Analyze test results and investigate the root cause of failures
- Work closely with developers and product teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Define and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, execution time, and maintainability
- Validate application usability and consistency across different browsers and devices
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software QA and functional testing
- Proven experience building and maintaining automated functional testing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience using AI to automate or enhance application testing
- Strong understanding of web application testing and end-to-end testing methodologies
- Experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of test planning, test cases, regression testing, and defect management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- French speaking is a plus
- Experience or strong understanding of UI/UX is a plus
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications is a plus
- Programming or scripting experience is a plus
