Job Purpose
Assist in the effective management and utilization of human resources within an organization. This role involves supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations of HCM software, and providing guidance to clients on HR processes.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Ensure timely resolution of user inquiries and technical issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams (BI & Product Consultants) to troubleshoot technical issues related to HCM
Magnar system.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Provide expert-level support to end-users regarding HCM Magnar functionalities.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and maintain the support procedure
• Handle escalated support tickets and complex user issues.
• Work closely with clients, partners (Seidor and others) and internal stakeholders to resolve critical
incidents.
• Ensure timely communication with affected users during system outages or disruptions.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the support function.
• Implement best practices to enhance user experience and streamline support processes.
• Monitor trends and proactively address recurring issues.
• Monitor HCM Magnar System upgrades and identify needed client’s system upgrades.
• Report weekly the ticket log to the PM.
• Participate in the daily department’s meetings and communicate the recurring issues.
• Identify and encourage for obtaining new demands.
• Ensure user satisfaction, and effective collaboration between Consultants, IT, partners, and end-users.
• Contribute to the overall success of HCM Magnar by optimizing HCM support services.
Skills and Competencies
• HCM System Expertise: Proficiency in HCM software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud,
Workday, or other HRIS systems. Ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot these systems.
• Data Management: Strong understanding of data management principles, including data entry,
validation, cleansing, and reporting. Experience with SQL or other query languages can be beneficial.
• Report Generation: Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret reports using HCM systems or tools like
Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR data and provide insights to help in decision-making processes
related to workforce planning, talent management, and other HR functions.
• Problem Resolution: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and provide
timely solutions for both technical and non-technical challenges.
• Understanding of HR Processes: Knowledge of HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding,
performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Compliance Awareness: Awareness of HR policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations to
ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with
stakeholders, including HR teams, IT teams, and end-users.
• Training and Support: Ability to provide training sessions and support to end-users, ensuring they are
proficient in using the HCM systems.
• User Support: Strong customer service skills to assist users with queries, system navigation, and technical
issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders,
including HR teams, managers, and employees.
• Data Accuracy: High attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy in HCM systems and
reports.
• Quality Assurance: Ability to perform quality checks and audits to maintain the accuracy and reliability of
HR data.
• Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-
paced environment.
• Project Coordination: Experience coordinating projects or change management initiatives related to
HCM systems or HR processes.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes, systems, and organizational needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as IT, HR,
and finance, to ensure seamless integration and support of HCM systems.
• Team Player: Strong team orientation with a proactive approach to sharing knowledge and supporting
team members.
