Horecons is looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our Creative Studio.
We are looking for someone who can transform ideas, footage, graphics, and stories into high-impact visual content, from fast-paced event highlights and social content to polished corporate films, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
The right candidate should have a strong eye for composition, movement, rhythm, storytelling, typography, and sound — not simply the technical ability to edit videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content.
- Edit event, exhibition, corporate, promotional, and social media videos.
- Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories.
- Create animated typography, graphic transitions, titles, infographics, and visual effects.
- Develop motion concepts from creative briefs and storyboards.
- Produce event teasers, reveal videos, highlight films, reels, case studies, and campaign content.
- Create animated presentations and promotional content for Horecons projects.
- Work with the 3D and Graphic Design teams to animate existing creative assets.
- Incorporate 3D renders, screen recordings, UI animations, and digital experiences into video productions.
- Perform color correction, sound synchronization, music selection, and basic audio enhancement.
- Adapt content across different formats including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and large-format event screens.
- Maintain visual consistency with client and Horecons brand guidelines.
- Organize project files, footage, templates, and reusable motion assets.
- Work closely with the Creative, Social Influence, Events & Exhibitions, and Digital teams.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion design and professional video editing.
AI & Emerging Creative Tools
We are particularly interested in candidates who actively explore the evolving world of AI-assisted creative production.
Experience with AI video generation, image-to-video, generative effects, automated workflows, AI voice, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.
We don't expect someone who simply follows existing production methods. We want someone who is curious, experimental, and continuously discovering new ways to produce better creative work.
