* Coordinate daily delivery schedules based on approved sales orders.
Coordinate with drivers, transportation companies, warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare and follow up on loading and delivery activities.
Ensure products are properly handled, loaded, transported, and delivered without damage.
Follow up on delivery delays, returns, damages, and customer issues and report them to the Logistics Manager.
Collect and check delivery orders, returns, and other logistics documents.
Verify transportation invoices and submit them for approval.
Maintain accurate customer/site delivery information and logistics records.
Follow up on the condition and availability of vehicles and forklifts and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with EHS, PPE, loading/unloading safety procedures.
Prepare logistics reports and provide delivery and operational updates to management.
Support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

Is this job for you?

* BS; Logistics or Supply Chain background is an advantage.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation is preferred.
Good command of Arabic and English; French is a plus.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
High sense of responsibility, discipline, and customer orientation.
Good knowledge of Lebanese cities and areas.
Good awareness of safety and EHS requirements.
