SALES REPRESENTATIVE Female

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Female Sales Representative to drive business growth through both inside and field sales strategies. In this role, you will combine telemarketing outreach with client-facing meetings to expand our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily outbound calls to identify prospects and offer freight forwarding solutions.
- Conduct in-person visits and pitch presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strategic network of importers, exporters, and corporate accounts.
- Formulate and negotiate competitive pricing models for ocean, air, and land freight.
- Analyze market trends, manage sales pipelines, and consistently achieve monthly sales quotas.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales — logistics experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Field visits is required — having a car and license is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a relevant field.
