Role Description The Pattern Maker – Haute Couture will translate design concepts and sketches into precise patterns for custom dresses, ensuring exceptional fit and construction quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and adjusting patterns, conducting fittings with the team, and collaborating with designers and sample makers to refine silhouettes and details. The role involves working with fabric draping, developing pattern variations for different sizes, and overseeing the technical aspects of garment construction from prototype to final piece. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, requiring close coordination with the atelier team and hands-on involvement in the couture production process.
